The peak body of Justices of the Peace Associations
within Australia and New Zealand

Founded in 1915 (as the 'then' Federal Council of Justices' Associations) the Australasian Council of Justices' Associations (ACJA) provides: education, networking, resources, and forums for Justice of the Peace associations within Australia and New Zealand.

In accordance with the ACJA constitution, the term Justice of the Peace encompasses all categories including; Commissioner of Declarations/oaths, Bail Justices,Special Justices, Honorary Justices, etc.
