The ACJA is the peak body for Justice of the Peace Associations in Australasia. Associations representing honorary justices, commissioners for declarations or bail justices are eligible to become a member of the ACJA.
The ACJA provides resources and a forum for Justice of the Peace associations for discussion and debate of matters relating to Justices of the Peace.
Any application for membership of the Council must be in writing and lodged with the Registrar of the Council, and provide:
• the association’s constitution
• certificate of incorporation
• membership details (number and type)
• executive details (names, positions and contact information)
Contact the Registrar if you wish to participate and benefit from membership of the ACJA.
